Greetings in the Name of Christ;
Friends and neighbors, brothers and sisters in Christ, as we take the time to read
through these pages, I invite you to give thanks to God for all the ways we can see
God's spirit at work among us. At times, I believe we are so focused on the next step
that we can lose sight of the bigger picture.
Step back, reflect and be energized by the power that God is doing in our midst. We
are surrounded by signs and wonders of God's glory! Let's not miss the God sightings
in our
church as well as in our personal lives!

Church Calendar to Share With You! MONDAYS: The Bowling Team meets each Monday at 1pm at Crofton Lanes in Bowie. The cost is $2 plus shoes. Join Jessye and the Team for lots of Bowling fun ! TEACHERS: We are actively looking for someone who feels called and excited about the possibility of teaching children's Sunday School. Curriculum and support would be provided. Please see Pastor Jen if you are interested. Please join us in praying that God will fill this need in our body. CARPENTRY REQUEST: We are looking for someone to take the lead on making, or having a cabinet made, to display the stained glass piece currently hanging in the stairwell. We have memorial funds for materials and/or labor. The cabinet should include a back light so that the piece can be seen. If you are able to help, please see Pastor Jen or Jan Holmes. We would like to finally display this piece of art. |
